We are looking for a new Customer Service Representative for answering chats,
The day to day will include an 8-hour shift working remotely answering chats and
Hours: Wednesday-Monday, 10 PM-5 AM (Manila Time).
(Hours may be flexible and shift schedule may change in the future).
• Mother tongue level English
• Proficient knowledge of Gmail and Outlook (added plus for experience with Mac Mail)
• A stable internet connection and a quiet environment
• Team player
• Past experience in a technical support or customer support role in a SaaS company
