We are in need of a Customer Service Representative in a full-time capacity.

The company is an email signature platform that offers a unique, smart way of interacting with customers and audiences in their daily emails, easily promote and market yourself with just a few clicks.

About the position:

We are looking for talented, independent, and enthusiastic people to become a part of a small team with a lot of challenges, great energy, and last but not least – a unique working environment!

We are looking for a new Customer Service Representative for answering chats, emails, and troubleshoot screen share sessions with clients. We need someone who thinks out of the box for creative solutions and has a technical mind with computer savvy skills.

The day to day will include an 8-hour shift working remotely answering chats and emails through Zendesk, reporting bugs to our developers, and troubleshooting technical issues on online video meetings. You will be in charge of handling VIP clients specifically, helping them solve technical issues while giving a great customer experience.

Work Schedule:

Hours: Wednesday-Monday, 10 PM-5 AM (Manila Time).
(Hours may be flexible and shift schedule may change in the future).

Requirements:

• Mother tongue level English
• Proficient knowledge of Gmail and Outlook (added plus for experience with Mac Mail)
• A stable internet connection and a quiet environment
• Team player
• Past experience in a technical support or customer support role in a SaaS company
