Who we are:
3PG is a gaming collective and members-governed gaming community focused on creating opportunities

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the face of the community
- Foster a warm and welcoming 3PG community with no discrimination
- Oversee the overall activities on Upgrade to see actual info and other 3PG community platform
- Moderate community discussions to ensure they are productive and informative
- Plan, write, set up, and implement community communication initiatives and strategies
- Respond and interact with the community in a timely manner
- Assist in planning and executing virtual events and promotions
- Supervise and ensure that all community activities are running according to schedule - may get reports from the Lead Organizer for tournaments and other direct reports
- Update the community about tournament updates as it happens
- Give important updates to the founder or as required
- Other community managing-related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
- Key abilities: community moderation, management, and copywriting
- Have a strong familiarity with crypto games and web3 communities.
- Able to manage a large Upgrade to see actual info community and other social media platforms
- Able to assimilate facts and information in order to create an engaging and informative socials posts
- Is able to assimilate facts and information in order to create an engaging article or presentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities- Is able to simplify complex topics into basic concepts and sound bites that are understandable by the average layperson and attract media attention.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Amenable to work nighttime (until 12mn) and weekends as required
- Knowledge about running esport tournaments is a huge plus although not a requirement
