Skills and Proficiencies Requirements:
A minimum of 6 years’ proven experience in a similar role.
Good understanding of the full cycle recruitment process.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
Experience in different Freelancing/VA Job boards: Upwork,Indeed, Onlinejobsph,and Linkedin recruiter.
Experience working in a startup company.
Experience working in a remote company.
Exposure to a fast-paced startup environment
Experience in coaching, mentoring, and training employees.
Experience in Talent Acquisition (including full-life cycle recruiting) and/or Training
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and
Perform 30,60,90 days and annual employee performance reviews.
Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
Support the Talent Acquisition process by: job postings, job fair support, interview scheduling, review of offer letters, administration of background checks, and onboarding/offboarding of employees.
Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
Help maintain and improve the culture of the company by taking care of employees’ needs and organizing team buildings.
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
