I'm looking for a highly qualified virtual assistant that is available to work exclusively for me, full time.
MUST-HAVES:
- Fast Learner
- Extremely proactive
- Extremely resourceful
- Can handle high pressure (very important)
- Passion for creating the highest quality
- Ability to follow direction/instructions
- Can start immediately.
- MUST have had experience creating VERY HIGH quality products in a short period of time
- Have computer skills. Office Suite, great use of internet and finding resources. Dropbox, Trello, PC, etc.
- Attention to detail and ability to pick out the most important aspects of a document
- MUST have good design skills, to be able to finish the research, organize it, and then present it in a very high quality fashion. (Photoshop skills and design skills preferred for this)
- Have a reliable internet connection.
- Must be willing to somewhat adapt to USA CST Timezone.
Qualities You Must Have:
This is a highly demanding position, and based on your qualifications, you'll be compensated, not to mention the skills you'll learn will be invaluable:
- MUST be willing to commit to at least to a year. Possibly more depending on both party's interests. But you will get a month trial to being with.
- PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS: Excellent attitude. Very friendly and patient. Must like technology, Internet Marketing and understand people (empathy).
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years experience as a high-level VA
- Experience in the Internet Marketing Industry
- Tech savvy.
- Have exceptional writing skills. No fluff writing. But punchy and interesting writing.THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. YOU WILL BE JUDGED BASED ON YOUR COVER LETTER PRESENTATION. Be willing to learn basic copywriting. Learn to understand how markets work, think and feel and implement fast.
- Fantastic English
- Have exceptional research skills.
- Must be a fast worker that makes quality his or her priority.
- Be able to work Office suite (Excel, Powerpoint and Word) This include images and graphics and very elegant presentation skills. (Apple computer preferred but not required)
- Animation skills on powerpoint (Keynote preferred) a huge plus.
Job duties (not limited to):
- Research for reports
- Create reports in different niches (under direction)
- Create presentations
- Handle sensitive information
- Creating salescopy content for some websites in a way that converts (I will teach you). Must be a fast learner of technology if you don't know how to install a domain or change the DNS servers (I will teach you, but must be tech savvy)
- Be able to create simple presentations. And SUPER high quality PDFs (design skill required)
- Answer support tickets (seldom)
- Make sure sites work at all times
- Handle outsourcers under my direction
- Know how to upload videos and categorize content for a website.
- Know how to use dropbox, and how to figure out how to manage a membership site (I will teach you)
This is a very high-demanding position. It requires people with certain skill and not everyone will be able to handle it.
