Real Estate Ad Posting + Admin

I run a very small (solo) real estate investing business. I need someone who can create, post and maintain ads for properties for sale on Craigslist, Instagram, Facebook, etc... Ultimately, I would like our relationship to grow to a full time role that involves many other items such as ordering utilities when we purchase and sell properties, organize email and google drive, posting unique content on our social media, follow up on basic inquiries, etc...
