Maintenance Coordinator

We are looking for 2 VA's with experience in working for a property management company. If you are someone who can work under pressure and help the team improve things you are what we are looking for!


The VA must have experience in using Appfolio & bookkeeping experience using Quickbooks is a MUST for the utility position. That VA needs to know how to enter a bill, do basic mathematics, read an owner statement, and do the majority of learning of the position by utilizing the already written processes & the Appfolio help center. The ideal candidate would have experience in maintenance along with a background consisting of living with the amenities we have and being able to connect the dots between the job, the residents, the contractors, and the owners.
