Seeking A Kick Butt Virtual Assistant ASAP

Looking for a kick-butt Virtual Assistant.. We are a fast growing online company and we own both a blog and an online e-commerce store. The blog is in the Keto/Food niche. The Shopify store is a Turkish Blanket / Throw company.

We are looking to hire someone on an on-going and full-time basis to assist us with various jobs involved in running our business.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right person. While you’ll have a number of required tasks, we’ll also be looking for opportunities to help you advance your career and reach your own personal and career goals.

Throughout a given day you might be working with:

Shopify
Wordpress
Convert Kit
Klaviyo
Canva
Research
Database Entry
Project Management
Writing or editing blog posts
SEO Keyword research
Social media posting - Pinterest, Instagram
Customer Support
General personal tasks - calendar management, appointment scheduling, booking flights, researching various projects both for the owners personally and the business

Training will be provided for ALL Of this.

We are primarily looking for a candidate who has excellent command of the English language, takes initiative, is a problem solver/critical thinker, excellent communication and has attention to detail.
I have spent the last 10+ years working with a number of amazing Filipino contractors in a variety of online job spaces. I am looking for a creative go-getter, someone who loves what they do and their love of their job shines through in everything they do. I want someone who doesn’t settle for standard but is always looking to reach the highest levels. My ultimate goal is to hire someone who under promises and over-delivers - on a regular basis.
