Social Media Content Creator

Property In A Box - a progressive property investment company in Australia, is seeking an experienced, intelligent, and professional person to help create social media content for our clients.

As the Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and editing social media content for the company's clients which will be published on the clients' social media pages. You are also expected to work simultaneously with the Marketing Team to maintain consistency between marketing campaigns and content for publishing.

Here is a list of the duties for which YOU will be responsible:
Create and curate written and visual content for social media, specifically for Facebook and Instagram Pages.
Publish and/or schedule social media content.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to maintain consistency on branding and other promotional materials.
Ensure that the content is compliant with the copyright and data protection laws.
Optimise social media pages periodically.
Familiarise yourself with our Lead Management Software.
Occasionally, you will also be asked to help create email content for our clients.

The ideal candidate must be living in the Philippines and have:
good internet connection with 5mbps or better (or be prepared to get it)
expertise in social media content creation, especially for Facebook and Instagram
prior experience with social media platforms (updating, creating, managing)
background in real estate (optional)
excellent English communication (both written and spoken)
confidence in communicating with our network daily in a professional manner
the desire to work FULL TIME
