JOB OVERVIEW

YOUR ROLE

- Build digital advertising solutions that align with a client’s business objectives and seek opportunities to make strategic recommendations that will fuel success and growth for both us and our clients.

- Work both independently, and collaboratively, to deliver highly strategic and innovative digital advertising solutions that meet our client’s business objectives.

- Assist with digital account client service to ensure our team consistently delivers efficient, high-impact, high-quality work.

- Understand and be able to succinctly communicate the value, breadth of opportunities, and implementation/execution requirements of digital advertising initiatives.

- Partner with cross-agency teams and resources to identify and align on key performance indicators and assist with developing strategy and planning to achieve client objectives.

- Work closely with our Analytics team to expand our performance marketing capabilities and coordinate the development of dashboards and reporting that deliver actionable insights and growth opportunities for our clients.

- Proactively identify issues and opportunities to create and implement processes to drive improvements and overall business growth for both our agency and our clients.

- Support a team of cross-functional resources to help define, develop, plan and execute on presentations, proposals and scopes of work by serving as the subject matter expert on digital ads.

RESPONSIBILITY

- Ongoing management of ad accounts across search and social platforms -
- Design, set up and execute e-commerce, lead generation and display campaigns
- Design and implement,
- Budget allocations
- KPIs
- Audience acquisition & targeting Strategy
- LTV/CAC Analysis
- Ad creative and target audience launch
- A/B tests, campaign formats, ad messaging themes
- Monitor and manage,
- Digital ads data analysis & insight development
- Daily optimization decisions for the assigned ad accounts
- Ad account performance vis-a-vis client KPIs
- Identifying and reporting back on best performing creative assets
- Ad and adset conversion rates and report back on fluctuations
- Pixel tracking and event / rule development
- Bid Strategies
- Attribution models
- Deliver
- Weekly overview of what's working/not working in the ad account to the internal team
- Bi-weekly overview of ad performance to the client
- Ad performance reports to the creative team based

QUALIFICATIONS

??- 3+ years of experience working in the digital marketing domain, leading the development / launch of digital advertising campaigns.

- Expert level knowledge of ad platforms - FB, IG, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Google, Microsoft Ads.

- Experience and working level knowledge of leveraging tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Tableau, landing page tools like Unbounce, heat mapping tools like HotJar, presentation tools like Powerpoint or Google Slides and CMS website and e-commerce frameworks such as Wordpress, Hubspot and Shopify.

- Proven ability to consistently execute digital advertising campaigns that result in increased ROI across various investment levels.

- Ability to assist with the development of strategic roadmaps, key performance indicator (KPI) measurement plans, and ROI-tracking and analytics.

- Ability to leverage consumer insights, data science, and performance measurement reports to fuel the delivery of high impact, ROI amplifying digital media and advertising solutions for our clients.

- Ability to lead multiple complex cross-functional initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
