Recruiter

Our podcast production company needs a recruitment associate based in the Philippines who will be in charge of our initial hiring process and active pooling initiatives. This includes:

(1) posting job openings on various job boards and talent acquisition platforms in the Philippines, e.g. Kalibr, Jobstreet, LinkedIn;
(2) screening applications;
(3) organizing application files, e.g. CV, skill test outputs;
(4) managing and updating the talent pool database;
(5) conducting preliminary interviews;
(6) preparing interview reports and endorsements; and
(7) scheduling final interviews and coordinating with the HR and Operations team.

Occasional special task:
(8) registering and representing the company in job fairs

This is 100% remote work. You will work on your own time, but there will be regular required meetings with the HR team.
