JOB OVERVIEW

Inbound Found (Upgrade to see actual info) is looking for a virtual assistant with excellent communication skills in English for a website design and marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have either administrative, operations, or project management experience and able to handle the below primary responsibilities with ease:

1. provide administrative support (back office tasks such as invoicing, scheduling, calendar management and answering emails)
2. manage teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and tasks for our web design and website marketing related projects

J O B . . R E Q U I R E M E N T S
- Excellent written, speaking and listening comprehension in English
- Polite, friendly, and professional communication skills to interface with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and occasionally, clients
- Ability to handle tasks and deliver quality work under minimum supervision
- A strong and reliable Internet connection and computer
- Experience with modern technology tools:
- spreadsheets (e.g. Google Sheets)
- online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar, Calendly)
- communication tools (Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace/Gmail)

- familiarity with SEO, website content strategy or digital marketing campaigns
- website admin management, particularly WordPress (Gutenberg blocks)

T A S K . . E X A M P L E S
Project Management related:
- adding projects and updating task statuses in our project management software, ClickUp
- reminding teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on past due tasks
- ensuring no one is blocked on their work
- ensuring all work is kept within budget and time constraints

Administrative Support related:
- fielding and answering emails as a customer service first point of contact
- converting client requests into digestible tasks and delegating them to appropriate teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
- post job positions for specific project work and narrow candidate lists based on provided criteria
- conducting web research and drafting personalized cold emails

Website Marketing related:
- spreadsheet work such as tagging articles based on their topics where you would select the correct topic tags
- for an article based on provided rules and tag a series of articles accordingly
- create a WordPress page draft with provided copy
- update pages in WordPress admin dashboard
