JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a paid media buying specialist to implement my clients campaigns, primarily Google Ads (as I have now found a Meta Advertising Specialist) though some are active on other platforms such as Pinterest and Linkedin. I have a wide array of clients across products and services with differing objectives from brand awareness through to lead generation and sales conversion.

The primary responsibility will be to work closely with me to implement PAID MEDIA campaigns. I have 10 hours of work available now with room to grow this for the right Upgrade to see actual infot the ad campaigns up - based on the strategic objectives set, developing the audience targeting/keyword research and planning and loading the campaign buys into the ads Upgrade to see actual infompaign Management - monitoring and optimising the campaigns based on audience and market insights
Campaign reporting- preparing weekly/fortnightly/monthly reports as required (using Metricool and Datastudio currently)
Content creation - writing the ad copy and some clients require help with visual imagery

You will also need to be able to set up event / conversion tracking via GTM or directly.

Whilst the core function of the role is primarily implementing Paid Media campaigns, skills in SEO and Organic Social Media Marketing would be an added bonus alongside Content Creation (blog writing/visual content etc) I can provide a variety of things to work on for the right candidate :)

A little bit about me: I am a paid media specialist with almost 20 years of experience working for Global Media Agencies such as OMD, Starcom, Zenith. I am now growing my own client base under my agency. Ideally I am looking for someone who has 3+ years of experience and can contribute to setting the campaign strategy, act as a soundboard to suggest new buying structures, can draw actionable insights from the analytics and audience data and has a genuine tenacity to improve client results

My clients are New Zealand based so please advise if you have run campaigns in NZ previously.
