General VA Assistant

This jobs is for part time but can quickly become a full time gig. We are a growing Company so this is your chance to get in at a ground up and be our first VA hired and have many others working for you.

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, inputting items in Google Sheets, updating inventory for Wayfair, updating photos in Wayfair and Etsy.

If you have some outreach experience, including sending cold emails, lead generation, photo editing, SEO or any other types of skills, its a huge plus for us.

We are in the ecommerce industry, manufacturing products in India and selling in the US

Some important skills needed that would be helpful are;

Core Skills:
> Client Support (Email, Chat & Phone)
> Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Development
> Data Entry & Management
> Task & Project Management
> Email Management

Writing:
> Blog Post Writing (not required). We currently have someone else working on this front.

eCommerce:
> Shopify
> Amazon FBA (not required as we plan to have a seperate Amazon FBA VA)
> Etsy
> Wayfair
> Alibaba Wholesale
> Faire

Order Management:
> ShipStation

Office Suites | Workspace | Task, Project & Data Management:
> Notion
> Upgrade to see actual info
> Google Workspace (G Suite)
> Microsoft Office
> WPS Office

Others:
> Canva
> Zapier
> Manychat
