Experienced Graphic T-shirt Designer for a Long-Term Collaboration up to $2 per Design

Hello designers,

please carefully read the post that you know what we are looking for.

We are a european company selling t-shirts worldwide and are looking for 3 new creative designers in the next weeks to grow because we are selling a lot of shirts and we need more designs.



WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- EXPERIENCED Full Time Designer for a LONG-TERM RELIABLE COLLABORATION
- Payment depends on YOUR performance, if you can do more designs in an appropriate quality, you can earn more money
- YOU create your own designs from given vector elements and texts, it is advantageous if you can draw from scratch
- Mastering Adobe Illustrator / or any other related vector based graphic software
- Knowledge in Trademark, which means don’t do Disney Shirts :-)
- Google Drive and Skype to share stuff and for the workspace
- Good English communication skills and Responsibility


WE ARE OFFERING:

- Long Term business relationship

- Learning from one of the leading worldwide T-Shirt sellers
- Easy communication via Skype and Google Drive

- SALARY:
--> Fixed Monthly Salary when you have a fixed reliable design output
--> or Individual salary depending on YOU (for example monthly salary can go from 200$ to 500$ depending on your design output and of course the quality)
- $2-10 for self drawn illustration
- $1,5-2 for Vector (will be provided) + Text / IT REALLY DEPENDS ON THE QUALITY AND YOUR EXPERIENCE
- 0,20$ for adapted/scaled design with minimal adjustments

--> Prices per Design after Learning Phase can increase if everything is fine.

+ BONUSES (Christmas Bonus, for achieving a certain output, for achieving a certain design number in total, Individual Bonusses)

As we only want the best designers out there for our business – we will have a little PAID (5$) competition for this job:

- Send us a Message with your design portfolio and the answers of the questions below
- If everything looks fine, you will made it to the next round, we would reply and send you 4 ideas for T-Shirt design orders with links for inspiration
- You will have to create 4 designs (self-made and unique) from these ideas and send them back to us as soon as possible
- You already get paid 5$ for these 3+1 test Designs
- The best 2 designers that are entering this job competition are going to win the job and will join our team! :-)
