Assistant Project Manager

Huemor is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our company. This vital role provides administrative support, meeting coordination, and bug ticket support for our Support teams.

The ideal candidate will be organized, a specialist in administrative support, and a team player who can efficiently work with all levels of employees.


Salary:
$600-$1,000 USD/month ($7,200-$12,000 USD/year)


Responsibilities:
- Creating New Projects: Assist with creating and setting up new projects via Asana, Everhour, and Google.
- Email Correspondence: Assist with day-to-day email correspondence between Huemor and its clients.
- Ticket Support: Transition emails to support tickets in Asana, and delegate Asana support tickets to their appropriate teaUpgrade to see actual infomber
- Reporting: Generate weekly reports for employees’ hourly logged time for internal review. Generate weekly status reports and logged hourly reports for billable work for clients.


Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business is preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience supporting an executive or manager
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Creative problem solving and practical time management skills
- Experience with creative/web projects is a bonus
