Manage Social Media for a USA Real Estate Company and Team

Be Part of a Leadership Team at USA Real Estate Company!
We are looking for an experienced Advertising Professional to work full-time that will place ads on Gmail, Google Adwords, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to generate real estate leads for a team and a brokerage. This role will require experience with those platforms and in-depth knowledge on how to generate not just a good number of leads but also high quality leads. You will then set up a process for getting the leads to our caller (ISA) and database manager.
Create and monitor an email marketing campaigns
Create and monitor social media marketing campaigns
Manage social multiple social media accounts on multiple platforms
Create reports showing ROI

We aren’t looking for your graphic design skills, we want someone that understands the tech behind Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn to help develop leads.

What you must have:
* Excellent interpersonal skills -- must be able to communicate to individuals on all levels;
* Well-developed time management and multi-tasking skills;
* Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
* Proactive attitude and learner mindset (asks questions, gives feedback, clarifies potential issues, etc.);
* Ability to independently figure out problems that arise before seeking out help;
* Capacity to adapt to changing environments, directions and priorities;
* Comfortable in working through tasks via electronic means (email, Google Meet, Zoom, etc.);
* Capability to work independently and with a team;
* Exceptional work ethic;
* Working knowledge of Google Drive;
* Modern computer, redundant high speed internet connections, headset, and webcam
* Apple iMessage through iPhone/iMac preferred.
