Virtual Assistant

Data entry, back office support only in the financial services industry. Assisting a few mortgage brokers located in Australia with data entry, preparation of loan applications for lodgement and follow up with lenders to ensure a smooth transition to settlement.

Mostly, all work to be carried out online and by email initially, liaising with brokers and customers and with very minimal phone contact. Performance incentives to apply after 3 months of operation depending on quality of work and other performance KPI.

Experience in Financial Services in a similar role required. Some training will be provided. Must be available for face-to-face Interviews to be conducted end of May/early June in Manila.
