About the opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Assistant to help ensure the smooth operation of our company’s day to day activities and be responsible for a broad variety of administrative duties in support of the executive. Person for this role should be the first point of contact of clients, staff members and other Upgrade to see actual info performing this role, the Executive Assistant collaborates with other business units to continuously improve processes and enhance the performance of the business. This role is fully online and remote.

What are we looking for?
Strong working knowledge of the Google Suite and Microsoft
Excellent attention to detail;
Strong critical thinking;
Proven ability to generate timely and accurate reports;
Proven ability to work within a team and under pressure;
Strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skills;
Sound problem solving skills;
Proven ability to make sound judgments, use initiative and maintain confidentiality;
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills;
Flexibility and adaptability to changing business requirements;
Willingness to learn new skills and technologies

Not essential, but it would be fantastic if you have:
Relevant tertiary qualifications;
Experience in the use of Slack, Asana, CRM softwares, Phone Call softwares
Experience in the health industry
