Job Title: Marketing and Support Supervisor

Standard Work Hours:
Monday to Sunday 8am to 8pm; however, there will be a day and night shift system. Two days off per month.
Purpose of Position:
To provide variety type of marketing strategies and support to customers both internal and external. Besides, Supervisor require to manage and guide the team to increase company’s profit.
Job Responsibility:
• Manage and coordinate marketing team staff.
• Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing product and services.
• Brainstorm ideas for new campaign.
• Monitor current campaign, ensuring your staff meets deadlines and complete necessary tasks.
• Create and administer content on all social media platforms, such as
• Build an audience and ensure customer engagement,
• Monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments,
• Responsible for developing strategy, community management, creative directing, copy-writing, customer service, and analyzing data,
• Write long- and short-form social media messages that attract new users and engage current users,
• Use data to analyze what’s working, what’s not, and reinforce or refocus key messages accordingly,
• Wear many hats as you work with multiple teams to develop strategy, work with designers, write copy, manage social communities, and analyze data,
• Help convert our brand fans into loyal customers with engaging, responsive, responsible, surprising, and captivating social media interactions,
• Enter order details into the system,
• Recommend process improvements where necessary to person in charge,
• General administration as required.

Qualifications & experience:
• Minimum 2 years' marketing supervisor & customer service experience.
• At least holding a Diploma certificate in any major. Bachelor Degree in Marketing is a plus.
• Strong IT skills ( Word, Excel, Outlook )
Key Performance Indicators & Conduct Requirements:
• The assessment score will be assessed by the following scope:
- Sales Revenue.
-Number of leads.
-Lead to customer ratio.
-Management skills.
• Display a 'can-do' attitude when assisting other departments
Remuneration & Benefits:
• Monthly salary: 105,000 PHP, with KPI.
• Food and accommodation included.
• 12 days of annual leave after completing one year of service.

Additional Information:
• The team is expected to create a high volume traffic on the company website who wants to play the online games. A strategy is to create a considerable multiple dummy accounts on social media platforms and maintain them thereby reaching more and more audiences.
