Graphic designor

Looking for a graphic designer for a real estate company.

Responsibilities:
• Design digital and print campaigns.
• Create the design, layout, and file preparation of digital and print marketing materials – including but not limited to advertisements, flyers, manuals, brochures, infographics, posters, email campaigns, event promotions, postcards, presentations, social media assets, and other promotional content.
• Design and update real estate property catalog weekly.
• Design new property maps.
• Image retouching for use on website, social media, and other marketing channels
• Additional responsibilities as directed

Programs & Software:
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite tools: Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiar with Email Marketing platforms (Mail Chimp or others)
