Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a Web Designer for a remote, full-time Upgrade to see actual infondidate can be based anywhere in the USA.
We are seeking a creative individual that can design beautiful websites. This designer is an artist that pays attention to the details of the brand, the colors and the goal of the website and transforms this design into a work of art. About the position:
You’ll be working directly with agency teaUpgrade to see actual infombers (we are all remote) as well as the clients to design client-facing for our software. The majority of your job (100%) will be focused primarily on software design, converting the agency software to client-facing software.

UX/UI Designer duties and expectations
You must use Adobe XD
Be the expert for user experience and user interface design
Be the expert to wireframe out a website’s core pages.
Upon approval of the UX/UI design, you will complete the design for all pages required for the website project.
Upon approval, you will need to prepare the XD document to make sure all assets are marked as export, set the share link for development, provide to the Web Developer.

You should have excellent communication skills (we can put you on a call with a client).
You are self-motivated, organized and detail oriented. You do not need to be micro-managed.
You will be available to make calls and online meetings during standard working hours Monday-Friday (8am-5pm).
Compensation and Hours:
Contract position, 40 hours per week.
Bi-weekly direct deposit payroll (we run payroll on the 5th and the 20th of each month).
