Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a Web Designer for a remote, full-time Upgrade to see actual infondidate can be based anywhere in the USA.
We are seeking a creative individual that can design beautiful websites. This designer is an artist that pays attention to the details of the brand, the colors and the goal of the website and transforms this design into a work of art. About the position:
You’ll be working directly with agency teaUpgrade to see actual infombers (we are all remote) as well as the clients to design beautiful websites, eBooks and assets. The majority of your job (75%) will be focused primarily on website design, the remaining time (25%) will be eBooks and other creative assets. You do not need to code the sites. We have a full-time developer for that.
Web Designer duties and expectations
You must use Adobe XD
Be the expert for site design, layout and graphics.
Be the expert to wireframe out a website’s core pages.
Upon approval of the wireframe by the Client, design the mock-up of the site using the wireframe, copy provided, and any potential assets provided to you. When images/assets not provided by the Client, you will use your design skills and royalty-free images to complete the site mockup.
Once the Client approves the site’s core page mock-ups, you will complete the design for all pages required for the website project.
Upon Client approval, you will need to prepare the XD document to make sure all assets are marked as export, set the share link for development, provide to the Web Developer.
You should have excellent communication skills (we can put you on a call with a client).
You are self-motivated, organized and detail oriented. You do not need to be micro-managed.
You will be available to make calls and online meetings during standard working hours Monday-Friday (8am-5pm).
Compensation and Hours:
40-hours per week, salaried position.
Bi-weekly direct deposit payroll (we run payroll on the 5thand the 20th of each month).
We offer 2 weeks paid time off, sick days as well as major holidays paid.
