MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the CEO in creating the vision of the company come to life
Work closely with the Project Manager and see to it that there will be daily progress of each task
Client onboarding - creating an experience for each and every client
Respond to customer inquiries via
Ensure that discussions, conversations, and decisions are turned into actionable plans and tasks
Increase team’s efficiency and productivity by systematizing, documenting, and improving processes
Handle multiple internal projects & communicate with the team, priorities and deadlines and see the project through
Delegate tasks to tea
Work with individual tea
Prepare notes, agenda, and presentations for meetings, such as recurring daily, weekly, and quarterly meetings
Send client gifts & manage client gift process
Perform relevant tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Business Development, Marketing, Project Management or any related field
Must have the following disc profiles: High S, CD, SC, and IC
Must have a demonstrable experience as a Project Assistant or must have at least 1-2 professional experience as a Project Manager or Coordinator handling a team of VA
Knowledge of project management principles and best practices
Must be proficient with ClickUp and must be willing to learn new software/tools
Driven to make the process better for the company & clients
Exceptional communication skills (English required; verbal and written)
In-home office setup including Mac or PC Computer (including webcam for tea
Can manage a team effectively
Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient
Extremely self-motivated with solid time management
Must have good decision-making skills
Must be highly organized and open to a fast-paced, dynamic role
Must be focused on keeping business owners organized and supported in their role
Must be able to assist and act in a confidential capacity
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet or beat deadlines with little to no errors
