Talent Sourcing Specialist

The Talent Sourcing Specialist focuses on sourcing, screening, selecting, IT top talent while partnering with IT Recruiters and to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field -OR- 4+ years equivalent work experience,
2+ years human resources experience, including at least 1+ years full life-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.

Other Qualifications:
Experience sourcing, attracting, and retaining a diverse candidate populations.
Experience with LinkedIN Recruiter and Indeed a plus
Technical recruiting knowledge a plus
Experience w/ Boolean search strings
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate at all levels, both inside and outside the organization
Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through skills
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism
Social media platform experience (Facebook, LinkedIn), prior site administrator role a plus
Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to handle competing priorities and deadlines
Must be able to work a minimum of 4 hours a day. Doesn't matter the time.
