Talented Website/UI/Print Graphic Designer

We are a website design and online marketing company. We primarily design websites, but also have clients that need marketing and branding materials (logos, business cards, etc.). In addition, we also have online marketing clients for which we design web graphics as needed.

We want someone that will be able to perform UI/Website design, print and screen graphics that would be consistent with the quality you would find on themeforest or graphicriver (Upgrade to see actual info). You won't have to code anything... just create awesome designs.

We’re looking for a talented graphic designer to grow with us. We are quite busy, so there is opportunity for a lasting relationship. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), permanent position with an American company. If hired, we will begin with a 60-day probationary (paid) period where we will begin working together. As an initial test, we will provide a project to be designed (this will be a paid test project).

For each project, you will collaborate with our project manager. You will receive content and guidelines and will be required to design state-of-the art graphics while ensuring that direction is followed.

Skills:

- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator, in particular). InDesign is a nice bonus
- Need to be able to design both vector and raster graphics
- Website Design / UI Development (Frontend)

- Must be able to follow thorough directions and possess strong attention to detail
- Must be able to use time efficiently and focus the assigned tasks
- Must take responsibility for assigned tasks and manage time well
- Must be able to receive direction and collaborate
- Creativity: At times, clients provide little details and direction and you will be asked to design something bold, fresh and different. We’re not looking for someone that can simply customize a template. We are looking for someone that actually designs in both Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Be a team player. We want people who are “all in.” Team members will occasionally do tasks not on their job description to make sure the job is done and done well.
- Reliability: We must be able to rely on you. We will work together to set reasonable deadlines.
- Must have a reliable Internet connection and must own your own computer and necessary design software.
- Must speak and read English well. If you need help through a translator, please do not apply. We hold a weekly team video meeting to go over projects, and we need to be able to communicate directly with the graphic artist.
- We use Timeproof and/or Time Doctor as a way for you to track your time.
