We are looking for technically skilled candidates with good communication skills for the customer
assistant position. Customer assistants provide timely customer support on a variety of tasks they
need to complete. Salesforce experience is the top priority.
The Customer Assistant’s responsibilities will be to:
- Meet with customers to learn and understand the task or project they are wanting to
delegate.
- Communicate with the customer to clarify project details
- Perform the task for the customer
- Troubleshoot issues, find solutions
- Following up with clients to make sure they are satisfied
- Invoicing Clients
Customer Assistant Requirements:
- Proficient with Excel
- Experience with CRMs
- Experience with graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or the like)
- Experience with Social Media
- Experience with other online applications
- Great interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication
Position Structure
- This is a full time position 30-40 hours per week
- Work hours are during USA business hours
- Compensation is $3/hr
