Software Community Engagement Specialist

The role of the Software Community Engagement Specialist is to act on behalf of our company and engage in online communities to promote our product in forums engaging with software developers and startup entrepreneurs.

These communities include, but are not limited to Reddit, IndieHackers, Facebook Groups, and many other online forums.

Requirements:

- Excellent written english
- Understanding of the startup / entrepreneurship world and of high-level software development terminologies
- You will need to learn learn and be able to demonstrate a very strong understanding of what our software does, how it fits into the software development stack and be able to explain the benefits of using our software to other software developers.

You will be engaging with communities of software developers and you will need to be able to answer their questions and comment on their posts intelligently and to understand what they are talking about.

To be hired for this role, you do not need to be a software developer, but you need to be able to intelligently engage with software developers while sounding professional.
