JOB OVERVIEW

JOB OVERVIEW
We are a digital marketing agency based in the United States with 20+ remote employees, that include 15+ teaUpgrade to see actual infombers located all over the Philippines. Currently, we are expanding our Operations team. This position will be a full-time role that is fully remote work from home, with responsibilities that include:

1.) Project Management
Duties such as: Task assignment, tracking the health of a project, tracking client requests, project builds, requesting access to client accounts, etc.

2.) Process/Workflow Management
Duties such as: Accessing current workflows of the following team projects (Web, SEO, and PPC) and creating more efficient workflows, and implementing those changes in task management software.

3.) Process Documentation
Duties such as: Creating or editing Standard Operating Procedure documents that provide step-by-step guidance for task completion and building an effective knowledge base.

4. ) General Admin
Duties such as: Provide support as needed for general administrative tasks relevant to the Operations/Project Management team. This could include collecting information from reporting in tool platforms, preparing time reports, etc.

5.) Customer Messaging
Duties such as: Assisting the Customer Service lead in routing and answering inbound and outbound client messaging via email (no video/voice chat required).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Fluent English (Writing skills must be excellent)
2. Strong organizational skills
3. Experience with project management
4. Experience using Excel

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
All of the required qualifications listed above plus +
1. Working knowledge of Digital Marketing Agency services, concepts, and technical terms. (Ex: SEO, PPC, web design/dev)
2. Experience with project management tools
3. Experience with creating Standard Operating Procedure documents
4. Customer Service experience
