Social Media manager Duties and Responsibilities
The main objective of a Social Media Manager is brand development through social media. Identify target customers, set evident goals, and build an effective content strategy to engage the audience, increase traffic, and boost conversions. The Social Media Manager will connect with the company’s online community by reading customers’ comments, answering questions, and actively engaging the audience. 

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement and monitor social media marketing campaigns.
• Develop, curate and manage social media content, including text, audio, visual and multimedia formats.
• Engage users with prompt responses, organize competitions, ask questions and cultivate relationships.
• Monitor social media trends, including developments in design, applications, strategy, and innovation to stay relevant and effective. 
• Create comprehensive marketing plans to boost brand image, increase customer engagement and improve conversions.
• Produce, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
• Construct, implement and manage social ad campaigns integrated into the company’s strategic marketing plans. 
• Track social media campaigns’ key execution metrics to maximize results and report progress to management.
• Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Set specific objectives and report on ROI
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
• Propose and execute new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Requirements and abilities For The Position:
• Verified social media work experience
• Hands on experience in content management
• Good English writing skills
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
• Proficiency of online marketing channels
• Good communication skills
• A minimum of a bachelor's's degree
