JOB OVERVIEW

Position: eCommerce Manager

Reports to: CEO

Big Town Tickets is searching for an expert level Google/ Facebook Ads Upgrade to see actual info manager to own the full design, strategy and execution of a new program in our ticket business. This will be a focus of B2C online ticket sales through our current and new online ticket marketplace.

The ideal candidate needs to be someone who is responsible for building out, improving and scaling online SEO work and PPC (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, other PPC) plans and optimizing them for conversions and managing ad spend to achieve profit objectives.

To qualify, we will need you to provide proof of working on PPC, discuss with me what you would do to manage the account and must have Google Ads Search certification and or Facebook marketing certification.

Key areas of responsibility
Account setup and structuring
Keyword research
Campaign optimization
Ad budget/yield/conversion optimization
Able to write compelling Google/ Facebook Ad copy
Able to setup/connect Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and others
Able to communicate effectively, including analyzing accounts and giving recommendations for Upgrade to see actual infovelop and maintain a knowledge base of our products and services
Ability to build a team to manage growth of this arm of the business.
Help identify solutions, not just problems
Solve problems with a "take-charge" level of responsibility
Other duties as required by CEO

Qualifications
Must have a minimum of 2 yrs experience in Google/ Facebook Ads on a daily basis
Knowledge of B2C Online sales
Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, SEO, Google Analytics, PPC, and other web analytic tools
Experience with complete eCommerce lifecycle development
Proven track record of driving towards acquisition goals under set targets, timelines, and budgets
Needs to be an experienced person who knows what needs to be done and is able to learn and grow to help manage and train others
Ability to interact with all levels of management
High level of commitment and a strong drive to succeed
Strong interpersonal skills and open minded attitude
Willingness to learn much about the ticketing industry and taking knowledge learned to apply to the work.

Schedule Expectations: 40-50+ hrs. per week. Mostly during US business hours. Schedule will vary by week depending on needs and event Upgrade to see actual infopensation: TBD based on qualifications. Position will be paid Upgrade to see actual infocentive compensation will be available once program is built and showing profitability
