We are looking for an experienced and talented Philippines home-based Designer. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week), do not apply if you cannot work full-time. Responsibilities
Conceptualise visuals based on requirements
Design and layout of large documents such as annual reports and corporate marketing material in InDesign
Develop charts, graphs and maps using Illustrator
Process author's corrections and amendments (a keen eye for detail required)
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Assist the web team with visuals for corporate websites and collateral

Requirements
Proven graphic designing/desktop publishing experience
Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Experience with PowerPoint and Word would be great, but not essential
Strong experience working with large documents such as annual reports, newsletters and corporate marketing material
A strong eye for aesthetics, layout and details
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines (on a wide range of jobs, often with tight turn-around times)

Skills and abilities
Comfortable with ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings and speaking with clients with active webcam
Ability to break down technical situations to communicate with non-tech savvy individuals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
