Software/Web Developer - Virtual Consultation Platform

We are developing a remote consultation platform for healthcare for both video and telephony. Having built several prototypes we are now looking for a developer to help us turn this into a working first version of the Upgrade to see actual infoitial 3-month contract with negotiable salary based on skillset, we could look to utilize several developers part-time but would prefer a single person who can do both really good robust frontend development as well as building the back end service.
The ideal candidate will be well versed Upgrade to see actual info C# as that is the preferred backend language, for the front end we are open to using several different frameworks.
The services we are looking to use for the video and voice are a combination of Twilio, Azure Communication Services and RingCentral, any experience with these would be highly favourable.
The initial project is to build a working version of the product based on existing prototypes over the next few months. Once this is complete we will be looking to build customised versions of this application for clients as well as continuous development adding new features and refining the product.
The product will ideally be hosted on Azure so knowledge of this is a plus.
