JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring for a full - time opportunity as a junior real estate acquisitions specialist who's looking to start their career in real estate with a group of high - energy, high - performers.

Here's who you are: Detail - oriented, diligent, reliable, incredibly friendly; so friendly it would be hard to stop speaking with you! Emotionally intelligent. Able to work remotely and excel. You have an enterprising and problem solver's spirit, even if you lack much experience. You have the need and ability to close a sale. You are intuitively good with numbers and people and can follow a proven system. Previous lead and database management experience a plus. You should be comfortable with technology and able to pick up new systems quickly! Outside or phone sales a huge plus.

Responsibilities:
• Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
• Follow up on all leads and requests for information
• Facilitate the cont ract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
• Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
• Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers

Qualifications :
• Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal - oriented
• Top - notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
• 1 or more years of experience in sales, especially acquisitions, or phone sales is pre ferred
• Ability to think, prioritize, and "change gears" frequently while problem solving
