Goldsoil Realty Investments is a premier land investment company based in Austin TX that buys, sells, wholesale, and finances land to builders and individual land buyers. we have been in business for more than 5 years now and closed several real estate transactions successfully in different states & counties in the USA.

Whom are we looking for?
we are looking for a rockstar acquisitions specialist who has extensive experience in the following areas:
o scouting for talent on Upwork and other virtual hiring platforms for positions available in the company in various departments
• acquisitions (various type of positions)
• marketing (various positions)
• sales (chat, phone, email)
• transactions (closings)
o screening and shortlisting the right candidates for 2nd and 3rd level interviews with the mid-level management and c level executives of the company
o onboarding candidates and planning their 1st, 2nd and 3rd month agenda working with the hiring manager
o helping with drafting and executing job contracts as part of the onboarding process.
o understand the business of the company and various positions that exists in order to be smart at the job
o maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates to interview to fill positions on a short timeframe
o good with follow up and follow through to get the right candidate onboarded in a short amount of time
o has ability of hiring great candidates just like yourself to fuel the growth of the company

o We offer competitive per hour salary plus monthly commissions depending on company performance for the month.

Eligibility requirements:

o ability to work between 8 am - 5 pm ct time. weekends are available if the candidate is willing to work (subject to approval)

Must meet system/equipment requirements:
o laptop/desktop with at least 4gb ram and i3 processor
o stable internet connection of at least 10mbps
o private and quiet work environment
o backup internet and power source
o usb headset with noise cancellation feature
