Rate starts at Php 20,000 to Php 30,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities
• Facilitate job-specific technical, soft skills and product training for VAs
• Engage students to ensure a lively classroom atmosphere
• Teach advanced English skills including writing, and speaking
• Develop course materials for trainees to complete during training
• Evaluate trainees’ performances and identifying skills gaps
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, policies and technology

Qualifications
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a language trainer
• Neutral or American accent
• Eloquent in English
• Above-average interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and evaluate effectiveness and impact of learning interventions

Technical Requirement
• Has his/her own personal computer or laptop
• I5 and above computer specs with 8GB memory
• 10+ mbps internet speed
• Has noise cancelling headset
• Back up internet and equipment
