ROLE PURPOSE:
Plays a key role in developing creative assets for the company by taking the chief creative officer’s vision and direction and creating assets that are aligned with the Pudgy Penguin brand.

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY :
• Has a flexible and willing attitude towards creatives depending on the shifting needs of the company and its staff members
•Is able to follow the guidelines and direction from the chief creative officer
•Welcomes constructive criticism on illustrations and is able to implement the requested changes
•Able to deliver creatives on time

• Proficiency using image editing and design tools like Adobe Creative Cloud

Assessment:
For the sample concepts you have to do this
1. Draw a penguin sitting down
2. Draw a penguin standing on top of a hill with a nice Antarctic scenery
3. Draw 2 penguins hugging each other

The only colored one has to be the second one. Number 1 and 3 can be line art only
