Jr. Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator role is a key support and leadership position for Gain the Edge, a SALES organization, dedicated to teaching, training and providing leaders with “Done for You” Sales Teams so they can focus more on what they love and have a bigger impact with their knowledge and message.
As the Sales Coordinator, you will be in charge of appointment setting, follow up with leads and provide Salespeople what they need to close the deal with clients.

You’re the ideal candidate as you
Have at least 3+ years Sales & Marketing experience and working US hours
Is adept at appointment setting and nurturing leads to help them feel confident saying yes to large contracts
Is a strong multi-tasker who is resilient in a fast-paced environment and derives energy from making things happen
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Ability to work under strict deadlines and under pressure, we are a SALES Organization so everything is driven on RESULTS
Experience in professional communication with clients, excellent written & verbal English is a MUST
Enthusiastic, with strong desire to be part of a positive and challenging environment
Understanding and commitment to company Culture and Values, with strong ability to convey these directly and indirectly through own way of being
Strong organization skills, ensuring no leads fall through the cracks & are replied to quickly and efficiently
Knows Gsuite & Gdrive inside and out: spreadsheets and documents, to both maintain & review data for key learnings that impact company growth
Has super strong time management and workflow systems to maximize productivity
Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 45+ WPM)

Job responsibilities include:
Managing Leads Pipeline- attracting, tracking leads, and following up with leads and ensuring they have a stellar experience with Gain the Edge every step of the way.
Appointment setting and calendar management through Acuity
Follow up from leads from speaking gigs, events, podcast appearances, etc
MUST be committed to RESULTS with great problem solving skills
Excel at getting tasks done accurately and efficiently the FIRST time
Communication with Marketing for Content Creation (Clients’ successes, events, wins, etc)
Building and updating assets (Roadmap, Playbook, Sales Tracker, Commission Tracker, etc)
Managing/Supporting Events
