Expert Designer with own sketches

I'm Cédric from Switzerland and I m looking for a tshirt- and logo-designer. I have a small tshirt-print-company and I want to offer to my customers a lot of new Ideas and designs for on their tshirts.

Job Scope:
- Designing of unique t-shirts designs for Print-on-Demand
- Delivery of 15 to 20 designs each month
- In the niches: Soccer and Baby

Your Skills:
- Experience in t-shirt design for Print-on-Demand-Platforms
- High motivation and creativity
- Communication skills in English
- Very good skills in software as Photoshop

My expectations:
- You will get froUpgrade to see actual info the subjects (for example "cat" and "funny") and you create the designes to that subjects
- You are able to create own designes based on the niche with own ideas and own research
- The designes are created by you and there is no copy-past work
- The designes aren't to find on other platforms in the internet
- By getting the salary per design, the copyright switches from you to my company
- The designes have to be PSD and PNG

Salary:
The salary will be USD 30$ per design
