JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for an operations associate with a background in information technology to assist day to day operational activities of our startup company in the health sciences space.

Duties and responsibilities
1. Integrate applications within Zoho suite of applications and external applications such as email automation, CRM, customer service, project management, and more.
2. Edit and publish changes to our Wordpress website
3. Identify and use apps that serve our day to day operational needs.
4. Assist in setting up CRM applications and other Zoho apps.
5. Serve as webmaster for our website.
6. Communicate with various departments concerning IT needs.
7. Assist in supervising communication with outsourced and managed services like web development.

Skills & Requirements
1. Experience working for an IT firm for at least a year
2. Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent degree.
3. Self-driven working attitude.
4. Works with minimal supervision.
5. Highly accountable.
6. Can work from 9pm to 6am Philippine time zone.
7. Knowledge in managing CPanel and Upgrade to see actual info hosted websites.
8. Basic to intermediate Wordpress troubleshooting skills.
9. Highly preferred if you have Zoho Creator experience.
Upgrade to see actual infocent and reliable internet and electricity connection.
11. Has functioning work station at home with headset, camera, and laptop.
12. Knowledge in handling CRM applications.
13. Quick learner of new platforms.
