Acquisitions/Lead manager

Looking for someone with experience in Real Estate. Job requirements are: Following up on new and old leads. Gauging motivation on new leads. Making offers to new and old leads daily. I will train you to our company standards. Looking for someone part time as I already have a part time Acquisitions/Lead Manager that works 1pm-5pm (eastern time). I only need someone for the 9am-1pm (eastern time) Looking for driven individuals and who can follow directions.
