We are looking for a eCommerce/Shopify Support Specialist manage operations our Shopify sites- IMMEDIATE HIRE
This role will primarily focus on Order management tasks and customer support. This involves calling customers who have issues with orders, exchange refunds, abandoned carts and so on.
This is a 40 hr per week position, apply to above
1. Shopify experience - At-least 6 months hands-on experience with live site(not just training) - Listing products, Writing impressive descriptions, Managing orders, Returns, Cancellations, knowledge about collections & tags etc.
2. Experience with providing customer support via PHONE to US Customers - ACCENT FREE spoken English

4. Experience with Print-on-demand apps like Printfy or Printful will be a plus
5. Experience listing and managing products /orders in eBay, Amazon and ETSY stores will be a plus
6. Social media management- postings and moderation experience
7. Basic Photoshop skills, to create Social media postings
8. Working experience of Excel and Google sheets

10. Customer support via phone on order issues, exchanges, and other inquiries
11. eBAY: Experience with eBay marketplace Product Listing/Order management/Handling Disputes
12. ETSY: Experience with ETSY marketplace Product Listing/Order management/Handling Disputes
13. Amazon: Experience with Amazon marketplace Product Listing/Order management/Handling Disputes
Minimum 1 year working experience as virtual worker.
