As my company is becoming crazy successful, I’m looking to expand my team with 2 superheroes. I don’t believe in treating remote workers as “throw-away labor” - so if you start working with me, be prepared to be in it for the long-haul :)

You will mostly be doing email outreach, inbox management and any ideation, prospecting and personalizing that's needed. Which means you will do data entry stuff, but also creative work, and it's all focused on pitching people via email.

I’m looking for a full-time VA to complement my current team of 26.
You need to (and don't skip this!):

- Be a supporter of inclusivity and diversity
- great self-management skills
- Have 100% perfect, casual US English writing skills (this is very different from formal English)
- Be creative with language (this is extremely important)
- Be very detail-oriented
- Recognize great content
- Be able to work independently

- have good computer skills and open to working with new software tools
- Have a good internet connection and a back-up if that fails

- Have a sense of humor
- No experience required in SEO or link building (I actually prefer NO experience)
- Be open to training & direct feedback (as you will be trained by me and my team)

What I’m offering:
- Weekly pay
- 100% remote work
- A full-time job (40 hours/week) starting at 400 USD per month
- A long term position with growth possibilities (if you want and are capable)
- A raise after 12 months
- Starting Salary: $2.50 / hour
- After 1 Year. $2.75 ($0.25 yearly raise)
- Performance Based Raises
- 13th Month (Bonus) Prorated
- 21 Days of PTO, available after 30 days. Per year, prorated, includes any religious/cultural holiday, use it or lose it
- Trial time = one month
- Stipend for office/work stuff: $50USD/year (after 1st month trial)
