Amazon Agency - Brand Specialist

Elevate is an Amazon sales Upgrade to see actual infoands hire us to help them grow their Amazon sales. Our Brand Management team is responsible for all our client communication, project management, and strategy.

We are a virtual organization--everyone works from home but we feel like a team and communicate frequently via slack, video meetings, and task management software.

As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be working behind the scenes with a Brand Manager to support many of the following items:

Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central required
Ability to work part-time or full-time during US business hours
Skilled user of Slack, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides
Use a task management program - Rindle - (similar to Asana, Trello, etc) for entering, monitoring and tracking tasks
Sit in on client calls and take notes for important action items that arise during the call. Write a summary email that can be passed to the brand with little to no edits from the brand manager.
Monitor for Amazon updates in the news and report back to team
Solid Excel and Google Sheet experience: report creation, population, monitoring
Create and manage spreadsheets with inventory data and use it to forecast inventory on behalf of the brand.
Expertise in building out weekly meeting decks (Google Slides)
Be a motivated self learner, constantly looking at ways to improve processes and efficiencies.
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong internet connection capable of handling video calls

This role will begin as part-time during training and can advance to full-time quickly with strong performance. There will be a paid trial period of 1-4 weeks, dependent on capabilities.
