Sales Assistant

Looking for an experienced, independent thinker with very strong communication (oral and written) skills to be a Sales Assistant
for a 3-month project with the opportunity to extend. You will work closely with the CEO for this project. The contract includes managing multiple sub-projects that range from admin, sales, and project management.

About the company, Rythm is a women’s sexual wellness marketplace that curates safe, nontoxic third-party products to cater to the entire vaginal journey. We believe in empowering humans with vulvas and vision a world where women have better connections with their bodies, its parts and partners. We are currently in stealth mode and will be launching in the summer of 2022. You will be part of building something from the ground up, how exciting!



Responsibilities include:

Reaching out to vendors, identifying the best individual, and pitch them on joining our platform via written communication (emails)
Project manage the sales funnel and sales operations of information
Follow up with brands over email to close out any pending information needed
Develop the PDP marketing page website copy and manage the PDP checklist
Act as the point of contact among the CEO and external vendors, and partners
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports


Required Experience:

2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or operations is a plus
Project management skills is a plus
Must have strong written and oral communication skills
Fluent in English written and oral
Experience working as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or a similar role
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and proper use of grammar
Familiarity with applications with as google calendars, streak, google-drive, and notion.
