We are looking for a MOTIVATED individual with sales experience and drive to be the best!

Sales experience is a requirement.

This position is for a person who loves helping people and excels at creating "win-win" deals. We are looking for driven and down to earth people who build relationships quickly.

You must be a team player with a strong phone, verbal, written, and organizational skills. Along with the ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections. Leads are provided by us; you're just going to reach out to the seller and do what you do best!

Compensation:

Base Salary + Commission only = $400 USD

Responsibilities:

· Reach out to leads and determine if they are ready to sell their home.

· Determine what leads the Acquisition Team should be focused on.

· Answer incoming leads "calls" and qualify for the Acquisition Team

· Learn and understand real estate terms, values, contracts, repairs and more.

· Willing to learn new things quickly and multi-task.

· Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects using CRM software.

· Must be motivated to grow within the company and be promoted.

· Must be a team player.

· Love helping people and great at building rapport.

· Excellent verbal and written skills.

· Show initiative in everything you do and have a great mindset/attitude.

Our ideal candidate would be:

· Someone who understands that success comes through hard work and tenacity.

· Teachable and willing to adapt our streamlined processes/systems.

· Quick starter.

· Can follow instructions and is detail-oriented.

· Have some Sales Experience.

· No Real Estate Experience Required, but preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $400 USD

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 10AM - 6PM CST
