We are growing and looking for a QA/Tester to join our team. This is great opportunity for someone with a solid QA experience testing web software developments looking to take some ownership of a QA role.
The primary purpose of the Quality Assurance Tester is to help deliver our best in class digital and ecommerce project work to the consistent and high quality standard.
This is a full-time role, which we are looking to have start ASAP.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test cases to validate the requirements of project deliverables.
- Accurately identify the area of a defect and record this in the appropriate system.
- Record and document results of test cases and comparing to expected results.
- Represent the test aspect of a project throughout its lifecycle and into support.
- Support the issue management lifecycle by tracking issues through development, re-testing and closure.
Required skills:
- Organised and detailed oriented yet flexible enough to cater for the changing requirements, deliverables and deadlines.
- Have excellent written and oral English communication skills.
- Previous experience testing and building test cases with projects of various sizes for web/ecommerce and integration across a range of technologies.
- Strong understanding of QA/testing methodologies and processes, and demonstrate responsibilities/accountabilities required to achieve a quality deliverable.
- 4+ years of testing experience working on digital/software development projects.
