Wordpress Developer & Account Manager

At The Sher Agency ( ---------- ), we provide a best-in-class website and logo design experience for our clients.

We help medium-sized businesses with their lead generation, e-commerce, and online business efforts through web design.

They will have long term ownership of:
- Maintaining a pipeline of support requests from Wordpress clients.
- Completing those support requests themselves and delegating them efficiently to developers on the team.
- Finding creative and efficient long-term solutions to client problems.
- Delivering completed support tasks to clients in a friendly, detailed, and helpful manner.
- Delegating tasks to developers and managing the quality of their work.
- Client communications via email, video messages, phone, and Zoom calls.

What We Need to See from the Correct Hire:
- Excellent WordPress ability
- Knowledge of major plugins & theme building tools like Divi & Elementor.
- Good design eye
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Pleasant to work with
- Efficient and organized on all tasks
- Great at delegating tasks and working with other developers

Special Requirements:
- Perfect English (written and verbal)
- Work full time in US Time Zone
- You'll have to do a (paid) sample project to get the position
