JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an EXCELLENT transcriptionist for transcribing audio or video recordings. Understanding of terminology is essential. Experience in Real Estate and working with American or Australian client is highly desirable.

Job Description:

1. Create accurate written versions of live proceedings, audio or video recordings.
2. Review and edit transcriptions done by speech recognition software and identify any inconsistencies.
3. Have good typing skills and great attention to detail and be able to keep all information confidential.
4. Have excellent listening, reading and editing skills and ability to focus for extended periods.
5. Have a working knowledge of the MS Word particularly document formatting, headers, footers, cover pages and graphic inserts.
6. Understand various English accents of both native English speakers and second language speakers.
7. Execute any administrative tasks that the company needs action on

Our ideal candidate must possess:

1. 2-3 years of relevant customer support and transcription experience
2. Consistency and efficiency in work and reliability
3. Excellent English written communication skills

5. Analyzing information
6. Multi-tasking and with attention to detail
7. Team player.


Work Arrangements:

This is a remote work which requires 40 hours a week between 8am to 8 pm Australian Time from Mondays to Fridays.
