We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller/Accountant with a proven track record in SME financial management.
You will be highly organised and have exceptional administrative skills. You will utilise your experience to suggest and implement continual improvements in financial processes and outcomes.
You will have exceptional communication skills and technically competent.
You MUST have previous experience in New Zealand accounting practices with references readily available.
Responsibilities include:
• General financial management for our group of companies
• Maintain Xero for each entity
• Manage and oversee Payable Accounts
• Manage and oversee Receivable Accounts
• Regular cashflow monitoring and reporting
• Monthly Margin Reporting
• IRD Filing and Compliance including GST/PAYE/FBT etc…
• Monthly management P&L reporting against budgets
• Payroll
• General office admin & special projects
