Production Manager

The Production Manager is responsible for managing the overall production aka Fulfillment of eSearch Marketing - Web Development, Search Engine Optimization, Content Development and Customer Relations.

The Production Manager will manage a team of five employees.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our clients demands and expectations are met on an ongoing basis. Leveraging our team and internal resources the Production Manager will ensure that new clients are launched on schedule, ongoing client requirements are complete and that the customer experience exceeds expectations every step of the way.

1. New Client Launch – Production Manager will manage the execution and completion of each new client launch

Production Manager will be present on all New Client Launch calls with Account Managers to ensure a complete understanding of the clients requirements upon launch

As new clients are launched a teaUpgrade to see actual infoeting will be coordinated with Account Manager & Web Development. New clients will be launched, Teamwork and firm deadlines will be set with a clear plan of action going forward.

Production Manager will review open projects and pitch in as needed to ensure on-time and proper completion of each new client launch.

Graphics Design & Web Development – For some projects custom graphics and HTLM editing is Upgrade to see actual info will be the Production Manager’s responsibility to oversee the development of the graphics and complete the HTML modifications as needed.

Hosting Support – The Production Manager will be responsible for troubleshooting client hosting / email issues. Most clients are hosted on a cPanel platform but some are on other hosting platforms.

Account Manager and Web Development Team Questions and Concerns – The Production Manager will be the central point of contact for questions and support as needed by the Account Managers and Web Development team. This is an area of responsibility closely shared with the Director of Operations

Constant process improvement – Production Manager will be responsible for implementing updates and reviewing our new client launch and customer experience process to ensure that our practices are up-to-date, best in class and deliver on our customers expectations (better rankings, more calls & more repeat / referral business).

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manage team of five.

Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements:
College Associates Degree in Business, Information Technology or other relevant field

Strong background in:

Web Development (WordPress, HTML, etc)
Web Hosting (cPanel, etc)
Graphics Design (PhotoShop, PageMaker, Illustrator)
Search Engine Optimization
Production Management / Team Management
Must be attentive to detail and highly organized
1-3 years working experience in production management, web development and / or SEO.
Must be customer centric, willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done and very well organized.
Experience with ClickUp (Project Management Software) is a plus
